Over the years and through various business ventures we have developed great working relationships with our distributors. These relationships are founded on trust and a commitment to excellence. As a result of these exceptional business relationships we are able to obtain the collectibles you see on our site at some of the lowest possible prices. This allows us to offer to our customers the same great quality items you find in retail stores and other online sites at a significantly reduced rate. The bottom line is the bulk of the savings we arrange through our distributors is passed on to our customers. 3. Will the item I buy match the image displayed on your site?
Because an athlete might sign multiple items at a single event, the image displayed on our site is a close representation of the exact item you will receive. For example, a player might sign fifty baseballs. Though we can’t display all fifty on our site, we can provide a representative image of one to give you a good idea of what you are purchasing.

Sorry, but we do not appraise any collectibles or memorabilia.
6. Do you buy collectibles from private collectors?
In order to protect both you and MVPRelics.com against fraud and ensure product authenticity we only purchase autographed memorabilia that comes from the most reputable suppliers in the industry including Mounted Memories, Steiner Sports, Tri-Star Productions, and Upper Deck Authenticated. We do not buy collectibles from private collectors.
7. How do I go about returning an item?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We trust you will be very pleased with your purchase. In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item within 20 days from date of receipt of your order with the following information and we will be happy to give you a full refund (minus the initial shipping cost). Please note that we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days after we receive your return before processing a refund. This is to allow sufficient time to reauthenticate items in order to protect against fraudulent returns.
Promptly contact us by email before you ship the item back to us. Once we provide an authorization code, the item may be returned provided the following are included:
1. All the original contents of the package (i.e., collectible/memorabilia, display case, frame, certificate of authenticity, etc.).
2. Insure the contents of the package for the full price of the item. MVPRelics.com is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping.
3. Make sure that your name and address appears on the package when being returned.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on altered merchandise (i.e., altered, worn or used) and returns that have not been authorized will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
