Availability Policy

We do our very best to ensure that only accurate product information is displayed on our site. However, due to our rapidly changing inventory, there may be times when an item becomes out of stock before we are able to place a notification to the site. In the event that this occurs, you will be promptly notified.

Pricing Changes

All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. In the event of a product price change prior to shipment, customers will be notified of the price change and provided with the option to keep, alter, or cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and invite you to email any questions you may have regarding our policies to customerservice@mvprelics.com.

Sales Tax

MVPRelics.com is required by law to collected sales tax for the State of Minnesota (6.5%) and the City of Duluth (1%). We are not responsible for any state or local sales or use taxes that you may be required to pay if you are purchasing from outside of Minnesota.

Insurance and Liability
All products shipped from MVPRelics.com are insured for their full value until the products are delivered. Once a shipment is accepted and signed for, the customer is solely responsible for the product and any loss or damage that may occur thereafter. Should a return to MVPRelics.com be necessary, liability for the product shall be assumed by MVPRelics.com only upon its receipt in its original condition.  Please see our return policy for more information.

Under no circumstances shall MVPRelics.com be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
